Coulter Physical Therapy has been in Russellville since 1989. We're a 5,000-square-foot clinic at the base of Skyline Drive on the west end of town — big enough to house our full equipment (AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, Cybex isokinetic testing, H-Wave electrotherapy) but still small enough that you'll see the same faces every visit.
Whether you're dealing with a fresh injury or something that's been nagging you for years, we build your treatment plan around what you're actually trying to get back to — not a standard protocol run on every patient with a similar diagnosis. Some patients need general rehab. Others come to us for things most clinics refer out: electrodiagnostic NCV/EMG evaluations, work assessments, wheelchair evaluations, dry needling, dry cupping.
