The Team
Seth Coulter opened this clinic in 1989. Thirty-six years later, most of that specialized knowledge — work assessments, wheelchair evaluations, electrodiagnostic testing, dry needling — still runs through the same small group of people, not a rotating staff.
Seth also spends part of his time mentoring students considering careers as physical therapists or physical therapist assistants, so if you're a PT/PTA student, this is a clinic where that's welcomed.

Brenda handles two of our most specialized services: wheelchair evaluations and work assessments. If you need documentation that you're physically fit for a specific job, or you need a wheelchair evaluation, she's who you'll see.

Mikel Thacker, PT, DPT
Mikel leads day-to-day operations at the clinic. He runs our electrodiagnostic NCV/EMG evaluations — testing that most other clinics in the area refer out. He also specializes in dry needling, a targeted technique for muscle and nerve pain that manual therapy alone often can't reach.
